Common questions.
How is "fixed fee" actually fixed?
You get a written quote after the discovery call, scoped to your account size and what you've asked for. That price doesn't change once work begins — if something changes scope significantly, I'll flag it and re-quote before doing any extra work, not after.
Do I need to give you account access?
Yes, for audits, builds and restructures I'll need read or edit access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads account (granted through their standard user-permission systems — I never ask for your login details). Access can be revoked by you at any time.
What size accounts do you work with?
Mostly small-to-medium UK businesses spending anywhere from a few hundred to tens of thousands of pounds a month on paid search. If your account is very large or very new, mention it on the discovery call and I'll be upfront about whether it's a good fit.
Can I just get an audit, with no obligation to do more?
Yes — the audit is a standalone, one-off product. Plenty of clients take the findings and implement changes themselves, or pass them to their existing team. There's no pressure or expectation to book further work.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Right now I'm focused on UK businesses, mainly to keep account structures, currency and market context consistent. Get in touch anyway if you're not UK-based — happy to discuss whether it's a fit.
